HIGH STREET UNITED METHODIST UPDATE - August 7TH, 2020.

This week's message from Pastor Cynthia:

I want to thank SPR for the lovely flowers commemorating my 1-year anniversary. I also wish to acknowledge all the members and friends of High Street that have co-labored with me in ministry, here in Springfield. This year has certainly been an eventful one. There has been both ups and downs. But thru it all we have not only survived, but I would say we have thrived. God has given us the opportunity to stretch and grow in some ways we did not think possible. I miss seeing all you on Sunday morning. It is my hope that you have discovered that as 1 Corinthians 3:16 reads "Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in your midst?"

Please know that I continue to pray for each individually and corporately. I am excited about what God is up to and the fact that he thinks enough of us
to include us in his plans.
