The Central Community Kitchen, a program of Central Community Center, is now located inside High Street United Methodist Church at 230 E High Street. The Central Community Kitchen serves a warm meal to anyone in need every Tuesday evening starting at 5:30 pm throughout the year. High Street UMC has participated in this local mission for several year and during the COVID pandemic have been a core group in maintaining the mission. Volunteers are welcome to join the team by assisting either with food preparation or serving dinner to our guests. As with all the mission work, we do, we come with a willing heart to meet those who need our support.
